Mega Cleaning Drive
A massive community drive mobilized over 7,000 volunteers in Muttar for an intensive 5-hour mega-cleaning operation to eliminate waste and protect public health.

Aarogyagramam Concludes
The year-long Aarogyagramam initiative, funded in collaboration with Bayer and Concern India Foundation, concluded across the flood-affected panchayats of Muttar, Ramankary, and Veliyanad. The project conducted health awareness camps, built 28 new toilets, constructed 152 septic tanks, and renovated 58 sanitation facilities.

Flood Rescue in Kuttanad
During the catastrophic floods in Kuttanad, Charity World coordinated a massive rescue operation using large Torus trucks provided by the Palathra Brothers, following a call from Fr. Punnassery. The team rescued thousands, accommodated them in relief camps in Changanassery, and delivered over Rs. 3 crore worth of medical aid and rehabilitation support.

Annadanam Begins
Fr. Sebastian Punnassery, along with Mr. Johnson Job Perumpayil, initiated the Annadanam (food distribution) scheme at Changanassery General Hospital. Launched to ensure that no patient or bystander goes hungry, the programme later expanded to the Ayurveda Hospital, Perunna, and continues uninterrupted, feeding thousands.

Officially registered with Mar Joseph Perumthottam as Settlor. Board includes Very Rev. Fr. Joseph Mundakathil (Chairman), Very Rev. Fr. James Palackal (Vice Chairman), Fr. Sebastian Punnassery (Executive Director), Fr. Antony Ethakatt (Secretary), Fr. Joseph Parackal (Treasurer) and others. Jimmy Padanilam Centre started with Dr. George Padanilam.
