Oppamundu – Flood Relief
Launched message "No one is alone, we are with you" for flood victims. Two-fold service: 1) Food kits delivered to homes where water entered and families couldn't reach camps. 2) Essential daily-use kits for those in relief camps. With support of benefactors and Radio Media Village.

Onnichonam – Onam with the Destitute
3rd consecutive year, Elsol Group along with Charity World & Radio Media Village celebrated Onam with inmates of destitute homes in Changanassery. Inaugurated by Vinu Job MLA. Presided by Vicar General Msgr. Antony Ethakatt. Elsol MD Tinsu Mathew , Fr. Jomon Kadaprakunnel, Fr. Jophy Puthuparambil, Vipin Raj spoke. Competitions, Pookalam, Onasadya and cultural programs held.

Aliv 2026 Study Kit Distribution
Aliv 2026 Study Kit Distribution
Charity World & Radio Media Village jointly organized 'Aliv' educational kit distribution at Media Village Auditorium. Inaugurated by Archdiocese Former Bishop Mar Joseph Perunthottath. Archbishop lauded the mission to bring school joy to all children. Presided by Executive Director Fr. Jophy Puthuparampu. 300 children from Payippad, Thrikkodithanam, Madappally, Vazhappally, Kurichy Panchayats and Changanassery Municipality received kits. Led by Fr. Libin Thundukalam, Naveen Palathra, Praveen Palathra, Shaji Palathra, Dr. Tony Edimannickal, Sunny Thomas Edimannickal, Tinsu Mathai Elsol, K. Vipin Raj and panchayat associates.

Essential Utility Kit Distribution

- Annadanam: 9th year uninterrupted –
300+ meals daily. World Food Day & Christmas programs with new clothes to 100
patients.
- Hunger-Free Taluk: 489 kits
distributed in 2025-26.
- Medi Care: Rs. 4,64,516 medicines
delivered door-to-door.
- Karunya Bhavan: Rs. 20,32,400 spent. 7

A massive community drive mobilized over 7,000 volunteers in Muttar for an intensive 5-hour mega-cleaning operation to eliminate waste and protect public health.

Aarogyagramam Concludes
The year-long Aarogyagramam initiative, funded in collaboration with Bayer and Concern India Foundation, concluded across the flood-affected panchayats of Muttar, Ramankary, and Veliyanad. The project conducted health awareness camps, built 28 new toilets, constructed 152 septic tanks, and renovated 58 sanitation facilities.

Flood Rescue in Kuttanad
During the catastrophic floods in Kuttanad, Charity World coordinated a massive rescue operation using large Torus trucks provided by the Palathra Brothers, following a call from Fr. Punnassery. The team rescued thousands, accommodated them in relief camps in Changanassery, and delivered over Rs. 3 crore worth of medical aid and rehabilitation support.

Annadanam Begins
Fr. Sebastian Punnassery, along with Mr. Johnson Job Perumpayil, initiated the Annadanam (food distribution) scheme at Changanassery General Hospital. Launched to ensure that no patient or bystander goes hungry, the programme later expanded to the Ayurveda Hospital, Perunna, and continues uninterrupted, feeding thousands.

Officially registered with Mar Joseph Perumthottam as Settlor. Board includes Very Rev. Fr. Joseph Mundakathil (Chairman), Very Rev. Fr. James Palackal (Vice Chairman), Fr. Sebastian Punnassery (Executive Director), Fr. Antony Ethakatt (Secretary), Fr. Joseph Parackal (Treasurer) and others. Jimmy Padanilam Centre started with Dr. George Padanilam.
