Man, as a social being has to be kind and empathetic towards his fellow human beings. Empathy should not remain as a routine rhetoric issue, but society at large should be made to feel and experience its nobility through a culture of sharing and caring. Though globalization has brought the word closer, yet has not made the bonds of brotherhood any stronger nor made us emotionally closer. It is only when we experience the power of love will we be able to feel the pain and sufferings of our fellow brethren and respond to it positively. We endeavor to present here our various services and activities, through sharing and caring, to the most vulnerable in the society.
Charity World Trust is housed in an elegant three storied building on a 1.5 acre plot donated by Dr. George Padanilam and family. This noble gesture created a flutter in the society and has incentivized many others to fall in line. The volunteerism of many noble souls who willingly commit their time and energy, their capabilities and even financial resources towards the activities of the Trust constitutes the paramount strength of Charity World Trust. Our entire activities run only through the financial support of benefactors. They donate generously, big and small or in kind.
We try utmost to live up to our goal that no patient should die for want of money towards medical treatment. As mentioned, the entire gamut of our activities are financed through donations received from our benefactors. The donations made to the Trust are eligible for income tax exemption under section 80(G) of the I.T. Act. The only thing limiting our activities is financial constraint. Otherwise we could broad base and increase the number of beneficiaries multifold. Therefore, my appeal to all those who visit here is to donate generously and I assure you that every penny will be used in a bonafide manner to provide succour to the poor.
Let us all collectively endeavor to put our shoulders to the wheel to come to the rescue of the most deserving and vulnerable sections in our society.
